About us

As a therapist, spouse, and parent of two, I deeply understand the challenges of balancing life’s complexities. My own journey is rooted in a commitment to intentional living, creativity, and personal growth—values I bring into every therapeutic session.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Montana and a Master of Clinical Social Work from the University of Calgary. I am also licensed through the Alberta College of Social Workers. This foundation, combined with years of experience in counseling and community support, informs my compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy.
Outside of the office, you’ll find me exploring the outdoors through hiking, backpacking, and kayaking, or expressing my creativity through woodworking. I also love getting lost in the pages of a good book. These passions inspire my approach to therapy, offering a space where you can explore your own path to balance, resilience, and personal fulfillment.
