Taking the first step toward counselling can feel uncertain. For many people, it is their first time reaching out for support. That is why Intentional Path Mental Health offers a free 15-minute consultation. No pressure. No obligation. Just a chance to explore your options.

During this short, confidential conversation, you can ask questions and share what has been on your mind. You will also get a sense of how therapy could help in your specific situation. Charlie Martin, MSW, leads every consultation personally. Together, you will discuss your goals and find the type of counselling that fits your needs.

Meet Charlie Martin

As a therapist, spouse and parent of two, Charlie understands the real challenges of balancing a full life. Intentional living, creativity and personal growth are at the core of his practice. Each session reflects those values.

Academically, Charlie holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Montana. He also completed a Master of Clinical Social Work at the University of Calgary. Because ongoing accountability matters, he maintains his licence through the Alberta College of Social Workers. That combination of education, lived experience and community support work shapes a therapy approach that is compassionate and client-centred.
